Walked 2 miles to get there only for their register to not work. The girl at the register said “I can do cash…” and then when I asked how much it would be both people at the register gave me a blank stare. Don’t offer to do something if you won’t/can’t do it? I was really looking forward to getting what I needed and I couldn’t. Super annoyed that I wasted my time by coming in.

Great place to find all your professional products. Large selection and don't forget to check out the clearance items.. Helpful staff makes it easy when trying to make decisions.

Horrible service two young ladies working could care less about customer service and more interested in their phones went on a Sunday around 130 and they were no hell what so ever

This is one shop I was like to go into as the staff is knowledgeable and always helpful. I have very thick hair and have watched YouTube videos regarding how to thin and there's always different suggested ways . I asked the friendly customer service woman and she was very helpful. What I like the most is the EZ return policy as long as you keep your receipt. Never a hassle.

This Sally's seemed bigger than others, very clean, organized and store is practicing COVID-19 protocol. However, item selection here - not that great, not varied, some of the items here are available at non-beauty supply stores and for much less. Plus, this wasn't a frugal shopping trip ( per usual ).
