"Earlier this year, during the February freeze, we hired Salazar Water Well Services for replacing our frozen submersible well pump. After the replacement, they said they will come back and remove all the old pipes the following day. So I paid them full. Even after repeated calls they did not show up. So we had to pay someone to remove the pipes they left. About 3 months later, the pump stopped working. They came back and the problem was an electric short because they forced the wires thru a rusted well cap exposing the copper wire (faulty installation). They also mentioned that our control box has gone bad and they direct wired the motor. Said they will send me a quote for a new control box. Never received any quote. About 3 weeks later, I still had another problem with the pump . They said they are coming by the same day. However they called in the evening and said they are not sure when they can make it. I had to call someone the next day and replace a part that Salazar replaced earlier (it was a part he charged me 3 weeks before. They would not even come back and look at it. Since they got all their money they did not want to be bothered.) They cost me a significant amount from their faulty workmanship and irresponsive customer service. Just stay away from these guys. Not at all professional in their work. And their customer service sucks."

"I rarely provide reviews but I feel compelled to provide one for this company. Mr. Salazar was hired to repair a well and after we failed to bother a neighbor and ask for water that he required for his work we are now out $ and still no water. We were given no additional options to resolve the issue just a large bill. I am a true believer in customer service and Mr. Salazar truly missed the opportunity to make it right or better yet just be an honest business man. A hard lesson learned on our part."
