Without any supervision he worked with meticulous detail and care and the final result of my original Mopar glass(with my little Jeep logo) replacement came out beautifully done. Initially, I had a mix up with an appt but was told I could come in person, but I'm thankful I did. It's better come to this location because of their customer service. "Great service all around from start to finish! Called for a windshield repair and the lady on the phone was very professional, friendly, and thorough. She scheduled me for a same day appointment. The receptionist was friendly as well as the technician, Sean. He did a great job walking us though the process and also replaced the windshield wipers. Good, quality customer service is hard to find these days so I highly recommend this place!"
"Easy to make online appt. Arrived on time and I was attended to on time. John was my service person. He explained everything in detail about what he was doing and what to expect. Services were great. Only negative would be is when I tried to change my appt. Online stated they are open to a certain time and to call for assistance, but when you called it said customer service was closed. I was a bit annoyed about that. However, that does not reflect badly on the brick and mortar store."
