"I have a good experience with them. I purchase a passport service for my minor son but unfortunately our travel plans did not go as plan. I explain my situation with them and within one day they were able to get back to me and will refund me. Thanks to their customer service and Ms Kamila Kowalczyk accounting department. I really appreciate their help. Definitely will use their service when we can travel again. Paulo Cuaresma"
"I applied for a passport renewal by expediting. They said you could get their passport in days. However, even after days, the passport did not arrive. I lost all the flight tickets I booked, the travel expenses I paid to the local travel agency, and the non-refundable hotel reservations. I am angry at their so irresponsible behavior."
"Absolute worst service. Stay away, and do not use even if it is an emergency. I needed to update my passport since getting married. Sent in all required documents and my official marriage license which I still have not received back. They sent me the new passport but with my old name. The support line will have you wait on hold for hours. The tickets you create online go nowhere and at this point I have created tickets with no one ever calling or emailing me. They take your money and leave you to figure out why they messed everything up and then aren't able to fix anything for you and defer you to the state department. The worst customer service and experience for an already highly stressful situation. Save yourself the trouble and having to fix their mistakes."
"Your claims of excellent customer support are highly exaggerated and do not reflect the actual services you provide. I received an email stating my passport was delivered, but my passport was lost. I was left with no tracking number for my passport delivery, no customer support or chat available to resolve my issue. You claim to have services available 6 days/week. This is simply not true. There is no one available to give support, and when you do get someone, they are not trained to assist, they simply pass you off to a supervisor that is supposed to call you back within hours - and they never call. I will not recommend your services to anyone. I had an awful experience with your company. You should all be ashamed of the high prices you charge and the lack of service you provide. I would've been better off doing the forms myself. This service is a joke."
"DO NOT USE! The label that was created didn't work and FedEx will not accept it. Called 3 days in a row to get support and was never called back. Created a support case on their website that was never returned. They do not provide any support, supper horrible service. I'm disputing the charge with my CC because I can't even get in touch with them to cancel it. Super frustrating."
