I rented from Roula. They dropped and picked up an exceptional bike tailored to my exact needs. Had a fabulous 80k cycle around NYC with a buddy. The bike was so good - I now want to buy it. Honest. Great service.

Showed up to pick up my rental bike and there was no one there. I called and emailed but got no answer. Had to go through my credit card company to cancel the pre-payment for the rental.

Excellent road bike hire. Easy to use website, friendly helpful knowledgeable staff, plenty of decent bikes, located right on the Hudson bike path so was able to head off to Bear Mountain right from Roula. They also do organised rides. All round excellent.

While primarily aimed at cyclists, the cafe doesn't seem to mind if you just walk in for a coffee. Coffee was decent and the barista knew what they were doing.
