"Couldn't fix my problem said they would have another guy come the next morning.. still insisted I pay the bill which was more than dollars. Next day nobody called or showed up. I waited for hours.. finally called me back 2 days later and told me they didn't think I needed the service they recommended and they would be in touch.. that was 2 weeks ago and now I'm having to hire someone else.. thanks for the headaches roto rooter.. what a rip off. They do not care about the customer at all.."
"Daniel did a great job! He explained the problem with the leak thoroughly with photos he took. The sink needed replacement and he offered to pick up the new one at the store of our preference. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Finally, he was very responsive over text messages and arrived on time. Couldn't be happier with the service ☺️"
"I was gone at work, there were a few items that need to be checked and possibly repaired. My wife decided to call Roto router, they came out around 4pm. 1. We had a sink drain in the barn that was backing up. They ran a Fish line down the pipe and came up with dirt, deciding there was a broken line into the dirt and didn’t repair, it took them all of minutes, they charge $. 2. There was one of our drain tiles for one of the downspouts on the garage that wasn’t draining, they took a high-pressure water hose to try and clean it out, that was unsuccessful, they worked on that for about minutes, they charged us $ . 3. While I was gone, the toilet in the house happened to back up. Something a simple plunger would have fixed. They ran a snake down there instead taking all of minutes and charged us $. They were here for a total of two hours, 1/2 hour of that was them trying to figure out their bill to charge us which came up to almost $ for two hours. I am livid. These guys have absolutely zero integrity, I just wish I was here when she called them, the guy can barely look at me in the eye when I tried to talk to him about it, I’m just sick REVISED: after my review I got a call from management, I spoke to a few guys and ended up speaking with Kevin the manager. We discuss the situation and he did credit me back some money. It’s great they care about reviews as any business should. I bumped my review from one star to three stars, which I think is being generous. It’s still ended up costing me $ for an hour and a half assessment of my possible problems and unplugging my toilet."
"Really wonderful person came in! We are very happy our kitchen sink was unclog in such fast and professional manner. Also, very reasonable time. High quality and amazing professional. I highly recommend this wonderful company and team!"
"We had a faucet leakage outside of the wall, and called roto to help us. I was told they charge per trip for a plumber to come and identify the issue, and then give us a quote to repair. But when plumber came in, he told us there’s additional charge ($/hr) to just identify the issue. When we called the company again, the manager Kathy was rude, she didn’t explain anything, just let go the plumber and hang up the phone. Who wants to pay for a plumber to come in, and tell you nothing about how to repair, but how he’s going to charge for the inspection? Before the plumber came, there was another professional came to check water damage. He refused go to crawl space to check leakage or water damage. Then, what’s the meaning for him to come? It has wasted our two mornings to work on this leakage issue, and no issue has been identified. Very inefficient work. And the cost should be given up front, no need to send a plumber to come and tell us how they are going to charge."
