"Bryan with Roto-Rooter is wonderful. He showed up during the designated time to diagnose the issue with our natural gas water heater. Unfortunately for us, replacement was indicated. We were able to work with Bryan right then and there to schedule the follow-up service date to replace the water heater. Replacement was performed at that time with everything working great. Bryan also worked with us to provide all the necessary information we needed to file the supporting documents with our Home Warranty service. Highly recommend!"

"Three quotes were all nearly the same, so 'value' was neutral.. But Roto-Rooter scheduled me within less than hours, and called to arrive early in the scheduled window. Quickly came up with an estimate and a safety waiver, and came in nearly exactly right. Great job in an older manufactured home that needed a bit of custom installation. Made sure replacement was completely to code with earthquake safety straps and pressure relief tank. Great job!"

"RR suggested we needed a sewer scope. I have requested the sewer scope video multiple times & still haven’t received the video. I requested this from the onsite tech and dispatch. I paid for the service and a copy of the video footage should come with the service. Since the 1 star review the tech reached back out to reschedule another sewer scope. I set up a date and time with the tech and they neglected to show up or respond to my voice & texts messages after our arrangement. This is bad business, why reach back out if your not going to follow through. A total waste of my time with no remorse. OK, this will be my last post, too much time wasted here. After I added to my original posts, I received ANOTHER call from RR wanting to make it right AGAIN. I'm OK with this, that is good business. However, I scheduled ANOTHER appoint today between 9am and am, the first available. Fast forward....... it is now : am, so I called, and was told the tech called out sick. My first questions was, was anyone planning to call me and other customers to let us know. They said NO, and requested ANOTHER appointment between 1: pm & 2: pm. I said NO thanks, NOT AGAIN. At this point good business would be to refund me the cost of my original appointment based off the BAD BUSINESS we received, not once, not twice, not three times but FOUR TIMES. A total waste of time........... If your time is valuable please consider another option."

"Phenomenal service. So easy to book and the problem got fixed without breaking the bank. We had a clog in a bathtub drain past the p trap. The pipes are old, maybe cast iron, and it was difficult. Allen got through with grit and determination, and kept an optimistic and professional attitude throughout. I was really, really impressed with both him, and the ability to book online for next day service. I hate calling plumbers because it's always too much money and plumbing companies seem to hate me, or my cast iron pipes. This was not the case at all here. We had been trying to fix it ourselves for a week so we could avoid having to call, but next time, we're just gonna call here first."

"I called thinking I'd get an appointment in a week or so and was so surprised to be able to have someone come out that afternoon. Cole arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned out the line from my clothes washer to main sewer line. He had to clean it out a few times, and did not leave until he verified that it was clear. He stayed until he got the job done, and left the laundry room in better condition than when he came. Thank you Cole!"
