Randy's review is an exaggeration. There was staff there who took the time to over the changes, often sitting with older customers and going through the process with them so no one was confused. There is a $2 increase in price for the 9 am -3 pm event. The Early Bird price has not changed nor has the late gate fee. What the Flea Market is doing is what most large events are doing. It was a busy event and and it was the first since mask mandates are no longer mandatory. There was lag time due the amount of people logging onto the website. Because it is a popular event. The lines ended up being long because the crowd formed a single line while all gates were open once people were organized the line disappeared. There is a learning curve with the upgraded system and the staff was patient even despite some members yelling, cursing and having hate speech directed at them. The simple fact is that they we accommodating as long as you treated them decently. The change was a business necessity...

Today’s switch to online tickets only not only stressed out a lot of people since it was sudden, but many were also not able to enter( even when driving from very very very far away) this once a month event. Older folks struggled with ticket purchases since as I said before, this was a sudden change and the lines were the longest I have ever seen them in all of the past year making entrance inaccessible to a variety of groups. The sudden increase in price also is such a shame. Management said they were going to continue to do online ticketing for next month as well, but it’ll just be another stressful mess for people who don’t have credit card options, decent internet service, or no device at all. The regular ticketing option they had before was more efficient through lines and payment options, I don’t understand how an event that prides itself in being a place for all and so grand would make it difficult to access it. Below is a photo of a small part of the line to enter, my camera co...

A big flea market indeed. I came late at noon. Most were packing up by 130pm. I just felt that it was too much. Over saturated. I ran through and I didn't look at anything in great detail. I walked 4 miles in 2 hours. I found some cool items but I blame showing up late. The long beach antique is much more curated for vintage.

For as many people that came for the game the Rose🌹Bowl quickly got everyone in so orderly. The day before the game they emailed links to upload our Norton Coronavirus covid-19 vaccination cards. All the fans on both teams Utah/Ohio were so friendly and respectful with one another. The price for food and beverages was costly. $19 Beers, $10 Lemonade which was more ice than Lemonade.🍋 You will have to buy two drinks to really quench your thurst, but it is all worth the Great time you will have! I had a Blast with my Best Friend!

Happy to have experienced it but probably wouldn’t do it again. As far as flea/antique/vintage markets go, it’s good. Have I been to better? Definitely. My issue with it is that it’s a must-do-when-in-LA tick tock/instagram/influencer activity so do expect plenty of curated racks of clothing that leave very little room for baragining. My pro-tips would be to: 1) Pay extra to get in early before the dead behind the eyes Youtubers wake up from their hangovers. I got there at 8 am and it was great. 2) Bring cash and only bring the amount that you plan to spend. Have a limit. 3) Drop a friggen pin when you park your car. 4) Bring water and some large canvas bags. Vintage clothing-wise I didnt find anything that was to die for or a bargain that I absolutely couldnt walk away from. Antiques section was cool, there were a few moderately priced items. All in all, it’s definitely overhyped and I’ve been to better in smaller towns. Good to attend once, wouldnt do it again.
