"We always come to this location but this time around I am disappointed. We ordered online and when we got there they didn't have the rest of our order. We ordered 4 Alfredo pastas and had only 1. They had read the order wrong whoever was making it. As well as they had forgotten to add the chicken to the Ceasars salad. I'm grateful they were able to make them but they could of made it like the first original order. I spent alot of money for 6 meals but I would like to get what I paid for."

"First thoughts in tasting the food was fresh ingredients and will bet made from scratch from the sub bread and pizza dough to the pasta and pizza sauce. The sub- sandwich club hands down YES that fresh lightly firm but soft pillow bread 🥖 was everything with the fresh ingredients. The chicken Alfredo pasta is really good too but minus the one star in the review because portion could have been a little more of pasta or chicken just to make me feel good on the price but I’m sure it’s that Uber app price and if order directly from the restaurant then it been better in price. The pizza sauce is fresh and definitely don’t taste like canned sauce. I highly recommend Romes and you can save your money if order directly from them. (Uber ordered/delivery)"

"Good food and great customer service! This location is close to my work and when my cousin was in town I suggested we go here. My cousin was almost an hr late. I had already told the manager that I was waiting for someone and he was nice enough to put my order in but waited until my cousin arrived before putting it in the oven so it would be hot and fresh. The place is small but busy. Staff was friendly and attentive. The pizza was great (not greasy and crust was awesome) and I couldn't say no to cheesecake. It is pricier than other cheaper chains but you get what you pay for and there are a lot of great options (even gluten free stuff)."
