"One of the million+ reasons Charlotte is the BEST city—so many clean and beautiful parks with lush landscape and foliage. The trees along the streets make it feel less like a concrete cube and more like home!😍 I was too enamored by CLT and didn’t take many pictures. If you’ve never been here then you’re missing out on a unique city experience for sure! This particular park has live performances, waterfalls, fountains, and ton of wide-open grassy areas. It’s a block from Uptown."
"Beautiful park right in the middle of Charlotte! I really enjoy walking around here while enjoying a day out with family and friends! For all those who enjoy a good city view, this is one of the best spots to see the skyline of Charlotte!"
"The feel of this park is great, plenty of space for families on the lawn. They ever have a garden growing. Love the history behind it."
"A beautiful park with lots of space in the heart of Uptown Charlotte. Next to the Truist Ballpark (where the Charlotte Knights play) Romare-Bearden Park (RBP) has an elegant, illuminated waterfall, large boulders, numerous tables and separate sections to enjoy. One of my favorite parts is the Paris Memory section that mimics the cafe-styled outdoor tables and chairs in a long row. While there is a small homeless element, I’ve never had any issues or seen anyone have trouble. It really is a nice place to relax outdoors, without having to leave the city!"
"My favorite spot in downtown area. This is the perfect place to have a great time with your family or friends. There are a lot of stores, bars and restaurants close to it. Just be aware sometimes especially during the night."
