"I had two shower grab bars installed for my mom. She slipped in the shower and I wanted to get two shower bars installed before I flew back to my home on the East Coast. I only had hours to work with and I explained my situation to the office manager. I called on a Monday and they were out Tuesday morning. This is an honest company and easy to work with. I was there to meet the owner and his son. I appreciate how responsive they were and I felt like they made my situation a priority since I live on the East Coast and time was a factor. I HIGHLY recommend this company you will NOT be disappointed at all. This entire company was a pleasure to do business with and will be using them again! We were also allowed to shop for our own style of grab bars."

"We contacted the business near the end of the day and was provided an estimate over the phone. The next day we were given a detailed estimate via email and advised that they would complete the job that day. Close to the end of the day they had not reached via, phone, text OR Email. We called to follow-up and were told it needed to be moved to the next day, in the morning. We picked up the parts they said we needed to assist with efficiency in completion of the job. It was after am the next day and we Again heard nothing from them on approximate start time.When we called to get start/completion time they said ASAP because they were busy. We advised we wouldn't need their services, we have a family, our time is valuable and non communication does not work for us. Due to the reviews on their business I am sure once they arrived they would do a good job. I ended up going with another local company that provided est. time for arrival/ completion, notice when they ran into a delay, detailed quote to include ALL supplies needed, a good price And no family member making rude comments and hanging up on us because we Expect good consistent communication. We were asked not to post this review because it is unprofessional and would hurt their business. I believe that when choosing a service provider its best to know all the pros and cons."
