At first, the weather didn't look favorable for our flight day but Jeff stayed in close touch for days with updates and relaying relevant info regarding our booking. "This was an amazing experience!! Jeff knows what he's doing, is super friendly, and very professional. Unlike some balloon rides, he takes you out to see the local area while doubling as a tour guide. We were a little nervous at first as this was our first time riding in a balloon, but we would definitely go back. Only one other couple rode with us and we're great to go with. The ride was reasonably priced and Jeff and his crew were awesome to work with. We booked directly with him and he's the type of guy that wants to know why your riding so he can make the trip even more special. Since all the city balloons go up about the same time, it's neat to be with Rocky Mountain Balloon Rides because they are one of the first up so you can see others get up off the ground as well.
