"I came in with Upper Respiratory Issues and they claimed I owed them ? From 2 years ago? Anyhow I had dollars and when I called my insurance they said it was a 5. copay so I went ahead and paid the “balance” I apparently owed and 5. for the visit - so I let them take my last . and then they Told me for Medicare??? They took my and now I have 7 with Covid/Pneumonia symptoms and turned me away - I went there often when I was training to be a sushi chef - and this?! I the receptionist was very rude from the get go- then when she turned me away I asked her what I should do, go to ER - she told me to do whatever suits me - no recommendation or anything - I gave them . and a can’t at least get a recommendation from the dr let alone just a receptionist? I do not recommend this urgent care"

"They attempted to charge me $ for a covid test in (mid pandemic). I moved households and they didn't reach out or leave a voice-mail on the number I had set to my account. Lastly, they never filed with my insurance and instead sent it to collections for payment without my approval. I do not recommend simply because there billing department didn't do there jobs correctly. Good staff, and caring nurses. Just lacks expertise in the billing department 🤷‍♂️ would've given them a 1/2 star but 1 is the lowest rate."

"Went to get a COVID test. I was charged $.. This is ridiculous. Office fee of $. to wait in my car for almost an hour. In the room maybe minutes. Did not see a Certified Doctor. Had my temp. Checked oxygen and she looked in my mouth. Really $. !!! What a scam people. Don't go here. Emergency rooms, hospitals and all other clinics need to visible post fees. At least then you can see if you can afford any treat ment or testing."

"I was so impressed with Rockbrook urgent care. The staff from the receptionist to the nurses to the nurse techs were all very professional and the tests were run and came back very fast. The facility was clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs medical care."

"I went here and got medicine for strep throat. I asked the staff to do additional testing because I never felt a pain like this I couldn’t breathe, talk, or swallow. The staff refused to give me any additional test. 5 days later I come back because my symptoms have not gone away, they’ve only gotten worse. I wasted about an hour there and once again I got zero help. Legit waking up at 2am, 4am, 6am in tears every single morning because of the excruciating pain & these people can’t do their jobs properly. Nothing but attitude from reception. A family member had the same problem, they gave her meds for strep then she went to a different doctor and found out she had mono. They’re just lazy and don’t wanna do the right test! I BEGGED them multiple times to give me additional testing and was turned down. they just want your money and don’t care if they give you an incorrect diagnosis. Also, I was told I’d get a follow up call to see if I was feeling better and never received that call."
