"This is my third visit to Robert's Auto Shop. James, Juan, and Dan "The Man" were a pleasure to work with. From scheduling a convenient appointment time to completing the repairs, every part of this transaction was smoothly executed by the team at Robert's! The shuttle service was prompt and convenient. Perhaps most impressively, they came in almost a hundred dollars under the stated price. I consider myself blessed to be a patron of this local institution. 5 stars is truly an understatement!"

"I just want to say this business is outstanding. The alternator on my truck was going out and affecting my battery. I pulled up as they were so busy. I talked to Christian and he said it could be a couple days. I called around to enterprise to see if I could get a rental but there was nothing for days in the whole San Diego region. Christian called around to Hertz and some other places to help me out. I had work, 4 kids that I drop off/pick up, and appointments. I felt overwhelmed with the situation but Christian pulled strings and work diligently to help me in this crisis. He said he could have my truck done at the end of the business day and I was ecstatic. He called me just before 4pm that day, that my truck was completed. Cleaned my battery from corrosion, changed the alternator, changed my oil/filters. He paid for my uber ride. I can’t even say how appreciative I am. He truly turned a bad day into a great day where I am grateful for people like him. Robert’s Auto Shop needs more recognition for their hard work and what an amazing, genuine people that work there."

"Last week was my first experience at Roberts Auto, and I can't recommend them enough. I had a general inspection completed after an oil change at another shop left me wondering about all kinds of potential repairs. Keith was so nice; He was a good listener, and patient from the moment of my first phone call - full of explanations for what I thought might be wrong with my car - to the moment I left the shop. He graciously performed a thorough inspection and assured me my car was OK. He even explained his philosophy regarding making repairs or not. I appreciate that he didn't scam me or take advantage of my limited knowledge of cars, and that he tolerated my anxiety. The location was also nice and welcoming. I'll be going here for my next oil change, as he promised he'd keep an eye on everything he documented. This was the most positive experience imaginable!"

"I contacted the auto body shop and spoke with Christian on the phone. He diagnosed my car problem quickly, as I had just gotten my oil changed recently out of state and the maintenance light remained on. Christian took about minutes to walk me through how to reset my dashboard to turn my maintenance light off so I didn't have to waste time and money coming to the shop for an easy fix. He was incredibly patient, honest and kind, and I really appreciated him going out of his way to help me with this. Will definitely use this service in the future. Thank you again Christian!"

"James at the front desk is extremely helpful...mechanics are well trained. Have. Been Working with Roberts for many years...and we have an antique Mazda that they have maintained for many years...Great service...honest assessments and good service all around. Keith is an excellent owner and stands by the work of his mechanics. I have never had an issue with auto care from Roberts and have always been impressed with their fairness and honesty in addressing issues related to the repair of our vehicle."
