"I needed a fuse box for a saturn, and had already been burned by another salvage yard selling me a fusebox for the wrong engine. I called on Saturday, they said they'd have it for me Monday. I went and picked it up today. It was the correct part and seems to be in good condition. I will definitely use them again in the future."

I would give them 4 stars, just because they take a while to pull your parts sometimes, but they've really been good to me on a customer support level. Read the rules ahead of time, and don't buy if you don't agree to the terms they clearly lay out for you. If that's how you approach Riverside, you'll get a lot of years of good service and parts at a great price."

"Do not recommend buying used engines from them. Bought a 5.7 Chevy for a dollars and had to use parts off my old engine because it's had so much sludge build up, on on top of buying all new gaskets. Guy who works the front desk argued with me saying the engine did not look like it was installed. Poor customer service and will not be coming back or recommend anyone to them."
