Tried my first class today. I was a little nervous because I heard this was a tough workout. So glad I tried it! Love this class and the studio! Zeke and the other instructors took a lot of time to show me how to properly use the machines, were very welcoming, and super supportive overall. Everyone goes at a pace they are comfortable with and there's no pressure to "keep up with the class." Each person is going at their own pace and takes breaks as needed. I liked that it really does teach you to exercise with your entire body. I usually run or lift weight and I rely on my legs. You can't get away with that in a climb class. Your arms must be engaged for the machine to work. Lastly, great music but it wasn't too loud. Some places break the sound barrier. I appreciate that the music wasn't loud enough to make my head vibrate. Will definitely be back! 👍

Rise Nation is my favorite work out studio! It was the first studio I attended in person once the city opened after the pandemic and they made me feel very welcome + safe with their cleanliness. The front desk staff is always very welcoming and helpful to newcomers. The teachers know a lot of their regulars and make a point to great first time climbers. Seriously such a great work out--tones muscles I didn't know I had! Plus, it's only 30 minutes so great to get in, work hard, and go about life!!

I will preface that the instructors here have been great. However, the cleanliness of the studio has been less than that. I have a great immune system, and since signing up less than 3 months ago I have been chronically sick. The smell of the studio in my last class was horrendous and it felt extremely muggy. It was all I could think about while working out. The class prior to this had sweat marks on the machine and stunk as well. It seems to be the evening classes are this way. This is why I had to regretfully end my membership with Rise Nation. The owner has been combative regarding my emails asking for sanitary steps to be in effect, unfortunately. The workout is effective, but I would like to see them implement better sanitary practices.

I’ve never been one for cardio, but now I can’t stop coming to work out here! The sound system is crisp, working out in the dark creates more confidence to do more, and all the instructors are full of energy at every hour of the day. Not the annoying kind of energy, but the kind of energy that’s pleasant to be around. The workout is killer and the music is great. And it’s only 30 minutes!

One of my favorite studios in Dallas! The workout is only 30 minutes but it’s tough and you will feel all your abs, glutes, arms muscles work! My favorite instructor here is Allison Thomas! Also a plus that you can park in the garage next to the studio!
