I have purchased Magico A3s from Rhapsody Audio and Bob has provided me with first class customer service. I was updated on manufacturer's progress and Bob had contacted shipping company to make sure delivery goes according to plan. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend Rhapsody Audio to all. Visit Bob's shop to see his audio/component selection and you will become a massive fan, too.

I have been to a lot of high end audio shops as I started the process of upgrading my components. Rhapsody is by far the best. Bob is a gentleman he spent a lot of time with me understanding what I was looking for. I am so delighted with my new system, it has changed my life and the way I enjoy music. Bob Visintainer has some of the best ears in audio, along with a genuine enthusiasm for the highest quality in music reproduction. Rhapsody Music and Cinema is always a treat to visit, and certainly one of the end points in any serious audiophile's journey to experience the best achievable sound. Nothing snobby or pushy at Rhapsody...just the love of music played through quality components.

Bob is absolutely the best in the business I have come across. Honest and passionate about music is what comes to mind. I purchased my Magico's from him and it was a delightfully easy transaction. Since then, I've visited several times just to listen to music on some of his uber cool toys and also to get to the bottom of a audio mystery that has been troubling him and me. Every visit I come back with several additions to my Tidal favorites - the man just knows and appreciates his music irrespective of the equipment. Highly recommended.
