"My wife and I were walking around and looking at baby stuff for the room of our little upcoming, newest addition to our wonderful family. 5 minutes later we were met with who looked like a cat burglar. Dressed in black with a black beanie hat. I presume she was loss prevention by the way she was following us around the store and racing around us pretending to "organize and fluff up" displays. Later I took some pictures of my wife sitting in a nice chair for the kids room and was met by a manager or employee with her judgy, beady little eyes, and asked us if we were done. Very rude! I hope that Nick LeMasters sees this review to see how Restoration Hardware treats visitors and customers of his fine establishment...."

"Was looking for towels for my bathroom and no one would help and when I asked, the lady who worked there was incredibly rude to me and wouldn't offer any assistance. The man working there also ignored me and just continued to work on his computer. Will never shop there again."

"I needed to upholster a couch quickly. I asked Jessica Schaffer for a fabric that wouldn't attract dog hair and be machine washable. The "brushed linen" fabric attracted dust and hair like a lint roller. The cushions disintegrated in the washing machine. Even though the couch was ruined and I lost thousands of dollars due to the error, RH refused to provide a full refund for the fabric or any of the upholstery labor costs. When I came to the store to speak to someone about the situation, the representative didn't actively listen and was automatically defensive. They stated that "quality fabrics require more cleaning and care.""
