I enjoy walking through the store and seeing what is on sale. It has great products you just can't get in a regular store. Makes my job easier. Highly recommended.

I had an IT issue that was not immediately addressed, but finally solved. It is very helpful to have the ability to go online to check quantities of products even if there is not enough of an order to justify pickup or delivery. The management is very attentive and IT personnel was understanding. The front desk personnel have a lot to deal with considering the noise and the controlled chaos in the store. It is understandable that they have to be quick and dry with customer service. Please RD put a limiter in the fork lift engines. A driver came too close for my comfort on my last visit.

This review has nothing to do with the items available for purchase. I have never had an issue with any of the staff......with one exception and it happens continuously. The lady at the front desk, tall women with glasses. She has never been anything but RUDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDEEEEEEEE. She should not be dealing with the public. If she doesn't like her job she should get another or put her where she does not need to have contact with your customers. Update: the young lady in seafood also needs at attitude adjustment. I didn’t have an issue but she was very abrasive with the customers, she could care less about them. I left because I didn’t want to deal with her. The guy that has been there for a while that has a lite limp is always courteous to everyone. I believe this young lady is the seafood manager. Guess they are scraping the barrel. Must be a numbers thing.

This place has what most restaurants need from meat to carry out trays. Overall a good store, but the customer service here is absolutely disgusting, from the people working the registers to the front desk people. Always seems as if they hate the job. I’ve seen with my very eyes that they treat people who don’t know very well English like trash (racists). Not to mention the freaking attitude that they all carry just absolutely rude.

They don’t even deserve a half star because this restaurant business is very unprofessional the front desk lady was very rude and she had a nasty mouth towards me , I purchased a non halal meat from them and I asked someone if the meat was halal she replies yes so I bought it when I got a home I read the tag and it didn’t say halal on the meat tag so I called the store to let the front desk lady know what happened and she told me to come she’ll replace it when I got there she said she asked the manger but he said no there is nothing he could do after driving 40 minutes . When the manger come he simply said there is nothing he could do and left he didn’t apologize or nothing he. Was very rudee too i normally don’t write reviews but this one was very critical and honestly I don’t recommend no one to shop here worse customer service ever .I’m waiting on corporate to call me back because I’m not over it yet
