"Management changed here at Brennan St some months ago, downhill slide from 5 stars ever since. Super slow checkout. I'm writing from the back aisle, people ahead of me, behind. I've moved 3 positions in minutes waiting. I called the front on the phone and they said sorry, everyone is required to take lunch at the same time. Faster to drive to Oakland."

"I’m first time here, come from east California like 2 hours drive I find everything is quickly and go to checkout, but there’s big lineup,they’ve checkout points, but open only three, all cashiers working Very,very lazy, peoples waiting in big line longtime last more then hour for checkout,but they don’t care about your time, I try to talk with manager/ Supervisor, but nobody in office, then I talk with receptionist girl, she told me, we don’t have man power sorry about that, So that’s my bad experience I never recommend to anyone y to shop this store, Sorry for bad reviews 😡😭"

"Overall great store they carry almost everything you may need. My only small complaint is the long lines at checkout. I wish I could give you more business. But the lines and wait times make me patronize Costco or Costco business most of the time instead."

"This place is always busy and I understand that! Later this afternoon, I called to asked an item if they have it before driving to the location. Phone rang 5times and put me on hold right away, after min Veronica picked up the phone. I asked her if they have a ginger beer, she sounded not sure and she put me on hold to look up. After min a guy answered the phone and I have to start all over again and asked the same question. He confidently said “No” “we don’t have Ginger beer, you should go to smart n final or BevMo. I said ok but I still went to buy some other stuff for my bar. One of the guy that works at the back his name is “Harrison” . I asked him if they have ginger beer, he said “Yes” right away and pointed me where is located at. He even help me to find some other stuff I needed. Harrison is very helpful and friendly he should work at the customer service because he knows what’s going on in the store. I’m sorry to the lady that works in front, she need to go over with the store to give the customer the right answer. Attached here are Ginger beer, strawberry purée and the cherry! Thanks again, Harrison! Good Job 👍🏻"

"This is a great place for a lot of your restaurant needs from cooking utensils to meat. You have to be a member to shop here with proof of sellers permit. They are usually up to stock and try to get you out the door quickly. Customer service in the front end is good, on the floor could be a little more friendly."
