We had a GREAT trip staying at the resort and playing golf at this beautiful place! We are by no means seasoned golf players, but we sure had fun. The most friendly employees, beautiful grounds with views, and loved the golf carts with the info screens. Such a fun time for my husband and I! *awesome restaurant *nice pro shop (although expensive) *shuttle from the resort

The layout of the course is very good. Some blind and difficult tee shots. I paid $80 for my afternoon round including a cart which I thought was not bad. The range and short game practice area are decent as well. New range balls. Good views on the course. Great service from the staff. I would rate 4 or 5 stars but the greens are just bad. They are bermuda. They are long and subsequently extremely slow. They’re many areas with sod on the greens, and there was even a hole w/ a temporary green. Even if there was no sod on the greens and the grass was uniform - the greens still would not be very good. I am from out of town and I am not sure what is going on. I played another course with Bermuda greens in San Antonio the previous day - and although I am not a fan of Bermuda greens - they were much better.

5 star experience! As someone who's never played a "fancy course" this place was top notch. They loaded our golf clubs into the cart, loaded a cooler with Ice and waters for us, provided "mango towels" (fancy wet towels to wipe your sweat). Fairways we're in great shape but some greens approximately 3 k4 we're almost unplayable due to the sod being all patched up and messing with putts ( which they did disclose when we payed). Never once felt judge for not being dressed fancy or in super nice gold attire and was treated like royalty by all staff. Course is very expensive but for a once in a lifetime experience it's totally worth it. Me and my son (who's 11) had a blast with the craziest scenic views on holes you'd ever see.

Super fun course but the weather has really taken its toll on the greens. The drought has killed large sections of most of the greens. If you are booking a trip to play golf, I would wait to play.

For $600 for 4 players I don’t expect to see grass missing on greens. I won’t be back unless it gets better. This does not include the areas that had new sod. This is discussing other parts of the greens that still have grass missing. Tee boxes and fairways were perfect. Views are top notch, and it’s a very challenging course.
