It was a valve, but the techs recommended that I replace the whole unit because it was pretty ancient and probably wouldn't last much longer. I appreciated the honesty, price was good, and I don't feel like I was just being upsold. They knocked out installation next day with no issues. All in all I'm happy with the work."
