"My office chair from Relax the Back was delivered with a broken arm rest. The person delivering would not take it back & replace the armrest. He said they'd send me one & it would be very simple to install. When they sent the armrest & I didn't have the right tool to install it ,they told me to bring the chair into the store. I don't own a truck, so that was not possible. I thought their response to a problem they created was terrible."
