"HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I only opened a account here because this was the only bank that my daughter could access while in college up north in Iowa. Opened account /2 years ago for emergencies and my daughter just used it maybe times within that time. Just starting this past September they started taking $ out a month without notifying us. I spoke with the bank on the phone and they told me that yes money was removed because it had no access....really! There was more than months with no activity and now your going to start taking money out. After back and forth on the phone and actually going into the bank itself, still took several days to actually get only 1 of the service fees back. Once the fee is returned to my account I will definitely be closing the account an moving the money else where."
