Chris Posada helped me out at Red McCombs and his service was the best I had received in all of San Antonio. Knowing how crazy the market is right now and how tough it is to find the exact car, trim, and features folks are looking for; Chris took the time to inform me of the status of the car I was interested in and provided continuous follow ups to ensure I was taken care of as a customer. He even took time to explore other options and was very informative in my search, taking into consideration my list of requirements. Many times in my experiences, I haven't received the best care at dealerships nor did they care about me as a customer. Chris was one of the most respectful reps i've worked with and took me seriously as a customer. I appreciated that very much!

I finally purchased my very first NEW car and to say the least, my experience has been badass thanks to the awesome sales associate, Ryan Rea. Since day one, he went above and beyond to make sure we were fully prepared for when the vehicle was supposed to arrive. He was really ethnusiastic, patient, and very knowledgeable in a lot of questions I had to offer regarding buying a car. Very dependable as well, he contacted me the second the car arrived on the lot and fortunately was able to nab myself a fine car. 100% would recommend asking for Ryan if you're considering shopping here, made the experience very enjoyable.

My daughter who is in her last semester of grad school was in the market for a new car. This would be her first purchase of any car so she wanted my help. For several weeks we looked at various makes and models. Finally she decided the Hyundai Venue was the car she wanted. So we contacted and visited almost every dealer in the San Antonio - Austin area. Once we met Roberto Zarate at Red McCombs Hyundai we knew that we wanted to work with him. We had to wait a few days for the exact car she wanted, but Roberto kept us updated everyday, even through the holidays. He called us the minute the car arrived. When we arrived to the dealership, Roberto was working with another client but he had ask Shane Monroe to step in the help complete the transaction. Everything we went perfect. Both gentlemen are kind, courteous, respectful, and very professional. They made the entire experience most comfortable for my daughter's first car purchase. We purchased a 2022 GV 70 genesis, back in 2021 of July. Love the car. When I call to schedule service for an oil change, the sales guy told me they did not have enough workers in the service department to accommodate the concierge service. I don’t really care about that, I can bring my car to the service department to get it serviced but just FYI, they did sell that with the car. Trying to schedule an appointment for service has been a nightmare. If you are someone who expects customer service even the smallest amount. You won’t get it here. You have to call several times, no one answers, it says leave a message, you never, ever get a return call. I mean how many messages do you have to leave to expect a call back? 1,3,6, I haven’t found the right combination yet. When they do answer you’re on hold for at least 30 minutes. Sometimes you just get hung up on because you are on hold for 45 minutes and this is every time I or my husband calls. Sometimes it takes 2 days, extremely long hol...

I live an hour from San Antonio. I drove to the dealership to be there for my appointment at 7 AM. When I arrived I sat in the waiting area for an hour before someone came and told me sorry we can’t do your oil change today because we don’t have the oil filter. That would’ve been handy information to have before I drove an hour and then waited inside the dealership for another hour. Total waste of my time & theirs. It’s sad when you consider selling a car you just purchased because you can’t get any service. So currently today January , , my car is over miles over due on the oil change, I scheduled another appointment for January. That’s the earliest appointment they had. So ridiculous, zero customer service and you can’t get answers from anyone. Even when you ask for a supervisor, so they can at the very least hear your concern, you get nothing. No call back, no customer service... nothing. I guess I call Genesis directly?"
