We have used Rebound twice on two different homes. Both times they were a real pleasure to work with in getting the job done quickly and within budget. The most recent project was completed as smoothly as can be expected considering it had to deal with us planning to travel and then having to cancel the trip, supply chain issues messing up shipping, Christmas and New Years holidays, and a week long snow storm. Rebound's good communication, hard work, and flexibility got us through it and now we have a repaired and remodeled bathroom. Thanks to everyone involved.

After a fridge leak took out two levels of our split level home, we were fortunate to work with Rebound! They were extremely responsive when we reached out and helped us correct errors that had been provided by the design team we had worked with. They remodeled our kitchen (removed walls, fully gutted and redone), hardwood floors, fireplace, stairs and railings, downstairs flooring, doors, etc. You name it, they fixed it! and we LOVE our home more than we can say! We had a minor issue come up a few months after the work had been done and weren't sure what to do so we called Rob and his team at 6pm...they called us back immediately and were out the next day to take care of it. The issue was completely taken care of with professionalism and our home is back to perfect! I also wanted to give a shout out to John, who has extensive experience working with insurance companies to file claims and clarify the scope of work - he made that process absolutely seamless! The whole team at Rebound was so wonderful to work with. Detail oriented, clear communication and know what they are doing. We had a summer water leak that turned into all new floors. We couldn’t be happier with how things turned out and they made the process as easy as possible. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future.

We had some water damage that required us to replace our entire first floor's wood flooring. They were easy to work with, did great work, and helped us coordinate with insurance every step of the way. I will attempt to use them for all of my projects in the future.
