"You can't trust them for their word as their opinion goes to the highest bidder. Traxxas only hobby shop. Discriminate against all other RCs. This must be a corporate store or get paid by Traxxas for exclusivity. I will never shop here or recommend this store."

"Not a really rc hobby store. It is more of a traxxas retailer, the only carry traxxas parts. Ok well I tried this place again and FYI they do not participate in latter part of the Traxxas Power-Up® Program and the Lifetime Engine Replacement Plan. You would think being a traxxas only store they would. You are better off going to Mike's hobby shop or Randy's hobby shop. More detail to the Traxxas Power-up program/Engine replacement plan. I came into the store with a broken traxxas velineon and ESC. I asked if i can do the Engine replacement. I was told that this is only for brushed to bush-less upgrade. I was told to contact Traxxas if i wanted this done. Which i did contact traxxas and Traxxas stated: contact your local dealer and they can help you with the replacement or we can do it over the phone. My beef is RC Hobby shop States they are part of the power-up program, but when i went there you would not do it, so i wasted my time driving there. Now some people might say " you should have called first" I DID CALL AND THE EMPLOYEE WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE DID STATE THAT "RC HOBBY SHOP PARTICIPATED IN THE POWER-UP PROGRAM" which is not true. Here is a line from the Power-up program from Traxxas's website" You may also use the Power-Up program to simply replace a worn or damaged Traxxas electric power system, nitro engine, or radio system with new components at this special Power-Up Program pricing" This is was RC Hobby shop did not stick too."

"Knowledgeable shop about Traxxas remote control cars and boats. Although they don't have many parts in stock at the moment. They were able to special or what I needed and were accurate in their description of compatible parts and accessories."
