"Me and my husband came in the store, and was immediately greeted by Irma. We told Irma we were there to look for a bed frame and mattress. Irma was great, she showed us different mattresses and bed frames. We told her what we was looking for so she was able to show us what we wanted. Irma was friendly and professional. I didn't feel like she was just trying to make a sale. We spent more than we thought we would, but we got a good deal on the mattress. We are happy with our purchase."

"My table was canceled and no one ever called to inform me. I laid it way and payed on it twice and when the third time came, I was told, “I don’t have a table on lay away”. The result was, RF no longer can order Basset furniture. It only would have taken a phone call. I also have a living room set on lay away too. They told me that they would have to send me a check. I told them to just apply the . from the table to the bedroom set. For a courtesy they took off the delivery fee."
