"I really love this furniture store especially because of the sales people. The first time I was in the store I was greeted by Jay Ajaj and he helped me to find the furniture that I needed and he was very helpful and very personable and very easy to talk to. He didn't pressure me at all and he made me feel very comfortable. The second time I came back to the store was because I had changed my mind on my purchase and I was hoping to meet Jay again but instead I met M.H. he was also very personable and very easy to get along with and extremely intuitive. He helped me to find a better choice and make sure that I was satisfied before I left the store. When he realized that I was anxious about paying off the balance of the purchase he suggested getting financing which is interest-free for 6 months and that made me feel better. He has a wonderful personality and he is extremely helpful. I felt like I had made a better purchase once I left the store. This store is beautiful and it has a great selection and a large selection of furniture. I highly recommend this store for the amount of furniture that it has and also for the two salesman that I have encountered that made my visit to the store extremely pleasant and stress-free. This was a very good experience and I won't be as nervous next time I have to buy furniture. The store is also very close to the bus that stops at Bustleton and Cottman and it's only a short walk down Cottman Avenue to Castor and it's right around the corner from the Burlington store."

"Had a wonderful experience with the team at the Raymour and Flanigan Outlet on Cottman Ave. They didn't bother us by following us around the store while we looked around, and when we did need help, they were right there to assist. They even priced matched our furniture to what it was being sold for at Ashley Furniture (it was the exact same thing with the same item number, but had a different name). So we even saved a lot of money. And unlike most furniture stores, they actually have their items and stock and can deliver in 3 days instead of weeks or maybe even months."
