"I reached out to this company after fully looking through thier website once I saw that they did 3d printing projects I thought perfect exactly what need. I sent them an email inquiring more information. Only to get an email back that was very rude stating that first of all he was too slammed to deal with my question and not only that but my idea was not what their company considered"fit" no where on their website does it state that some projects are not worthy of their time. It also encourages customers to reach out and ask question. i am very motivated to get my project done and I will have to look elsewhere but just wanted to save people time moving forward. People change the way you speak to potential customers."
