"I have been using raging waters for a very long time, I have always loved this car wash and thought it was a great experience until today the rd of March the car wash attended Don as he told me was his name. Approached my car and was standing there just looking at me and my daughter I brushed off until my necklace fell off and I asked my daughter to please hook it back together as I continued to clean the trash around my dash board and Don decided he was going to again walk over and ask me what I was doing and proceeded to tell me I can't clean my car my in the way he thought was taking to long now he did not say one word to any other costumer at the car wash that I mind you were already there when I arrived and only I was taking to long he then proceeded to sit there put his lawn chair right in front of the washer me and my daughter we're using and was creeping my daughter out to the point of her not wanting to be outside of the car anymore. This is not the first time he had done this to me I understand that his job to tend the car wash but it is not okay with me to make my daughter uncomfortable I will never use this car wash again after this experience I've had today"

"I Used the self wash to get road salt off. Hose from sprayer hit windshield and cracked windshield on a new 5 month old Jeep!! Owner offered no assistance. If your going to be open during freezing weather then Atleast have some foam protection wrapped around hoses where they bend and hit against the cars."
"Good drive thru car wash when a quick decent wash is necessary. Not the best but perfect for a quickie that cleans. Drying is so so."
