Rack Room shoes are excellent, but the curbside service was false advertisement the company employees said they haven't changed it online, so I don't know if that was a lie, but my girlfriend had a problem when she called one of the girls gave her attitude, but the young man that helped me at the register was really nice it was just that woman that answered the phone and she was being rude about the curbside, the shoes were great though, the two women that were standing and not working seemed to me like they were managers, in my eyes the only ones that were working hard we're the ones on the cash register those two women we're just standing around while they had a open register not being used there was a long line, because of the free tax, so go figure need new management and this was like last week and they still haven't changed the curbside online, so there still should be curbside for that store and they're not giving that curbside, if you call they will tell you no curbside, so now...

Cute shoes and great selection on Crocs but the service was not there. No greeting, no check in, no one seemed happy to be there. No smiles, just going about their tasks. No friendly welcome at the checkout.
