"I went on 3// to get Labs done got there at am 8am came the office never opened me an person was waiting there min after the time the place was suppose to open at 8am So I just let in came to A difference guest on Sutter st"
"Mindy, the sole staff member, was wonderfully helpful and courteous. She got me in and out as quick as possible, and was very professional in her service. To me it is clear that Quest has not invested in this facility or its faculty. In fact, it appears they have deprived it of resources. The management should have a serious revaluation of how they value their staff and patients at this location."
"Blood draws at Post are a very frustrating experience due to Mindy the phlebotomist. Her blood draws are excellent but the paper work throws her. After an hour and a half wait yesterday and 2 trips back for blood work due to her mistake I must find another lab. The lunch time close is listed as :, but she starts telling waiting clients she is closing at noon for lunch and they will have to come back. I find such a negative experience."
"Came here on my way to work at 9 on a Tuesday. Only 2 people in the waiting room and we waited min for the receptionist to tell us the computer was down. Came back at to find the office closed despite both the online hours and sign on the door stating lunch is from ."
"Idk why everyone hates this place. I've been here three times for a blood draw without an appointment and the longest it's taken was minutes. I'm here at 1: on a Tuesday and there's just one other person here."
