"Just went this morning to have my bike tire replaced. I purchased the tires and the tire tubes myself online. Beforehand, I already replaced the front tire of the bike myself; however, I was having a tough time removing the back tire because the bolts were too tight, and I didn't have the right tools. So I was hoping this bike store could help me out, and I was very much willing to pay for the cost of the labor. The first attendant guy that I spoke with was pleasant enough to assist me, but as soon as the other man came out from the back, who I assume as the manager of the store, the man was totally rude to me and just shunned me away. He said that they can't replace my tire and tube until I buy one at their store in order to do a tire replacement. The other attendant was even puzzled himself with what the manager said. He added that they can't make money without me buying anything from them. Again, I was willing to pay for the labor, and I was hoping they would be kind enough to just help me out with that ONE single tire and tube. The manager just shunned me away and was unapologetic. In the end, I went to another bicycle shop closeby and they were more than welcome to help me out with my situation. Paid $ dollars for the labor to the other shop and I was happy enough."

"Awesome staff, great advice. Works well for bikes for the whole family. This store has served San Diego for a long as I can remember, years or more? Really convenient location, close to a lot of stores across the road. But closed on Tuesdays :-/ It is tough for any businesses these days. There should be more stores like Q Bikes!"

"Every time I go to this bike shop, I get A+ customer service!! Bar none! They are amazing! The owners are so incredible giving of servicing you when you walk in, recognizing you and not letting you wait long at all even when they are busy! They give free valuable information on maintaining your bike, do quick fixes on the top! I could go on and on but I think you get the picture! Stellar people!! So nice!"

"This is by far the best bicycle store In all of San Diego County. Z and his crew are happy to take care of all your needs from accessories to custom builds. Kids bikes to Mountain conquering beasts and electric Maestros. My family has been coming to Quality Bikes for more than years. Other people will sell you bikes. Quality Bikes creates the right experience, based on what is important to you and what will fit in your budget."

"Took my bike in today for possible repairs; several problems. The manager was late opening the store; offered no apologies. After telling me immediately that it would be more worth my while to just buy a new bike, I asked him how much it would cost to fix the bike verses getting a new one. He then excused himself and left me to help another customer who arrived after I did but clearly was in the market for a new bike. He did not return to assist me after a reasonable time so I left. I will be buying a new bike but I'll check out a a different store first before returning here. I dd not appreciate the customer service."
