"Glow Party! We have had our kids birthday party here for the last few years (unless shutdown) and everyone had a blast, even the adults. 1st room has 3 huge jumpers the next room they take you to has 3 and a hurricane thing. Severs were good and made sure we had everything we needed!"

"Shouldn't advertise it's woman owned business if it's going to cheap out on the food. Charges $ for a "large" pizza that's only about the size of medium or small, $ for rotelli pasta in tomato sauce, tries to give pitchers of punch when juice boxes were ordered and paid for, and said they only had 7 of the goodie bags that were paid for until a complaint to the manager was lodged. Apparently, serving size means one slice. They say they'll charge a $ fine for outside food but another party brought in multiple party size bags of chips. Staff was young but overall great. But some kids were stuck on the climbing wall and ignored and many jumped down from the highest level and could have gotten hurt. Fortunately, the kids had a sweaty wonderful time and enjoyed themselves. Good venue if you want to have guests arrive and leave at appointed times."

"It's a cool little place for kids. I like how the multiple rooms are different themed such as ambient lighting vs black light and dark. The kids loved running around and throwing themselves off of anything and everything, racing up the slides, etc. The pizza is just shy of decent and the room where you eat feels like an old classroom. They cycle kids and groups out like herding animals. Definitely would not be in my top choices for a party or even for pleasure."

"My daughter and her friends had a great time at her birthday party. The party was easy to book and plan. Everything is pretty much done for you which is a bonus. I was able to enjoy my kids party for once! Everything was very clean and the staff was very accommodating"

"Pump It Up is in a large facility, so there is ample space for jumping. Very pleased that when you book a birthday party it is completely private to you and your guests. Both jumpy rooms were very clean. Food was decent. Glad I was able to bring my own cake and goodie bags. Kids had a fun time. Will definitely be back for open jump in the future."
