"I work with a vendor, and have been to hundreds of sites in DFW and in Houston. The facility manager Yolanda provides the best customer service, out of any of the others by far. This young lady is knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of her job. She has the cleanest restrooms and property incomparable to any of the rest."

"Recently visited with a friend and this facility couldn’t of had a better representative than Yolanda. Customer service and attention to detail and concern was top notch. She listened to our concerns an out the a/c. Houston is too hot for the air to not be in service. management needs to do better with the maintenance at this property.
