My experience with the young ladies at this location have been beyond my wildest dreams. Tiara was just awesome with the customer service, she delivered. She went above and beyond her duties with me and my help. I want to thank her from the bottom of my 💜❤️. God Bless her for doing such an outstanding job. Not sure of her last name don't have her card with me at this time. Everyone that I have come across from my experience treated me very well. Carla and Donna also. Thank you all so much. My 1st time ever having to use a storage space.

I came in to get some packing supplies and Ms. Donna helped me get the boxes that I needed. She also asked me about storage. Informed her I didn’t need one at the time. But if I do, I am absolutely coming back to this location. This is what you call customer service! Thanks for showing it still exist!

I’ve been a customer for over a year and highly recommend this location. Huge shoutout to Carla who was extremely nice and helpful when I went in to transfer to a larger unit today. She was able to find me one on the same level at almost the same price. Super quick and easy, but she still had time to give me information and tips about the app and that will make gaining access even easier. Secure and clean as well.

I went into the store looking for boxes for a move and met Donna! She was such a big help to me, very knowledgeable and kind! She gave me hints and tips on making my move smoother and I am grateful to her! I will always come back to her for all my storage and moving needs! Thanks Donna😘

Carla was awesome. I had a lot of questions and she answered every last one of them. She is the most knowledgeable associate that I have spoken to. I have called this location before and did not receive the same service. I definitely can trust Public Storage with my personal belongings because of Carla. Thank you!
