"I sold my house in Dec , the HOA was notified, I got a past due notice for the HOA dues, I called them and told the I sold my house, they checked it and said that they will take me off the list, two weeks later, I got and past due notice, I called them again and told them the same thing, they again said OK and that they will take care of it, Yesterday I got a letter saying that my account is going to collection, I emailed them and called them again, finally I got an email stating that we are off the list. I won't hold my breath. I personally hate HOA's as a whole, but this one is about the worst."

"Horrible management. Misguiding customer service. Charged me almost $ extra after failing to provide the needed information to process my HOA pays. Customer care are not helpful at all. Have to constantly email back and forth to get the correct information and forms."

"Sarah Lopez was efficient, polite, and had a very speedy response time in our communication. She was able to resolve an issue that has been going on for almost a year and we so appreciated her assistance and time that she gave to us. She was professional and made us feel heard and took the time to resolve our issue."

"Horrible, horrible company. They do not return phone calls and the overall lack of follow through on anything is appalling. It took 3 weeks of phone calls twice a week to get an emailed response and despite asking for direct contact by phone, Ms. Lopez has failed to do even that. While I have no say in whom my HOA chooses to use as a property management company I can at least can warn others away."

"I'd give zero stars if possible. When I moved out of my neighborhood I requested the fees associated with closing my account. Neither my rep nor customer service would help as they kept saying that "was another department". Turned out it was almost $ in fees, just $ to "close account" alone. I was on the HOA board for a while and we were never told they charged such fees. Run away from Associa as they are a terrible management company."
