"Since Prime Storage took over the facility, the cost increased significantly. I was told it was a "scheduled increase", I wonder on who's schedule? Interestingly enough, if a new customer signs up today they get the rate I have a had for the past two years, according to the company website. Seems strange to increase prices on existing good customers who has always paid on time and not new people...I guess that is the tactic. I have had no resolve as I am waiting for a call from the manager. I think this will be my last month with Prime Storage."

"ALL OF THESE 5 star reviews are from when it was managed under a different company (Cube Smart). PRIME STORAGE has one of the worst payment storage systems I've ever seen. No page for full receipts, no emails for receipts, no itemized receipts for breakdown of unit cost, tax, admin fees, etc; their company phone number shows up as "SCAM LIKELY" when you get calls from them. Another example of a greedy company buying another and mismanaging it so poorly you wonder if they care at all about customer retention. I'll be moving my x storage unit to a direct competitor soon because of the incredibly negative experience I've had with them so far."

" dollar price hike in first three months they took over , call center is non connected to the company so there is no one ever you can call and the guy that works the cypress location and Lois is the absolute worst at customer service. The units are no longer climate controlled just advertised that way ."

"Re: Prime Storage facility located on Cypress St., Tampa, FL. We rate this facility “0” Worst storage unit we have ever used. Not secure. On a Sunday evening last month, we found a homeless man sleeping next to our storage unit. We reported this to management and INCLUDED PICTURES. No response. We had young children with us. Tried to be quiet & left quickly. VERY DANGEROUS! Moved our belongings out during the day when there was staff in the office. DO NOT RECOMMEND this facility."
