"Being charged with a DWI (0. BAC) was extremely stressful for someone like me who has never gotten in trouble with the law before. "Requested a consultation via website chat on a Monday. Client manager called back after hours, but left a text explaining how to submit my ticket for review. Submitted ticket, awaited response.
