"Best thing that happened to me during my pregnancy ! Love love this studio and I've enjoyed every single class. The space is so clean and warm and follows very strict COVID protocols( Masking/distancing). The teachers are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The tips/tricks i learnt in the classes helped with a very smooth Labour & Delivery process. Also, I've made some great friends with other new moms and I can't recommend this place enough! Pro tip: Sign up for the prenatal massage with Adina as well!"
"I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the work you do at Prenatal Fit. I started coming to your studio at 4 weeks of my pregnancy to prepare my body and mind for labor. I was not a yoga person but you and your colleagues helped me get more comfortable with it, prepare for labor, and embrace all the changes I was going through . In addition there is a wonder community formed, felt comforting talking with other pregnant ladies or postpartum. On March 4 after h of labor I gave birth to my daughter after just 1 hour of pushing, this was my first pregnancy so I believe attending prenatal yoga helped speeding up the process. I will definitely recommend your classes to my friends and take it in consideration in future. Thank you"
"Every mom-to-be should be in these classes! The staff is amazing, the classes are challenging but good for growing/postpartum mamas, and the environment is clean and safe. Heck, I never really want to go back to my "normal gym"."
"Great food. Always a line for a reason."
"We love the mommy and me baby classes. There is such a variety in class offerings, and Adina always provides modifications if needed. My baby tends to be very vocal and roll during class, so I was a bit nervous bringing her at first, but everyone is very understanding and happy to see babies enjoying the class. I also love the virtual option - it provides a lot of flexibility and the same great instruction. Such fun classes!"
