"They a great job putting on bottoms for my two pairs of designer heels, they look seamless. They also put in a metal bit at the tip of the shoes to protect the pointy part from being worn down too quickly. They also really brought new life to a pair of loafers I love. The black was seriously dirty and greying and the bottoms were worn out. I got them back looking like they're new!"

"Honestly the people here are great, not only that, they were quick too, so if you need to stop by for a quick shine or polish, I'd definitely recommend this. ' That being said, I do believe you get what you ask for, be vocal and voice your concerns if you're worried about them tanning your brown or off colored shoes with polish or while shining. I brought my brown boots and they said the colour will lighten up, it's been a week and it's still a bit darker than the original. But I did get compliments from people at the hotel about my nice shoes when riding in the elevator :) If you're on the fence about this place, just show up and talk to them and they'll help you through your worries."
