FAQ:
"It took three weeks to call me after they had my referral from my Doctor and then an additional week until they could get me in. There was no reason to make me wait that long just for a call to schedule. Overe the next days I just got sicker waiting for a call. The scariest part about being sick is not knowing what's going on."
"Had multiple tests run and could not give me any answers and refused to treat me. Left me with zero answers. Had to report to another imaging center that would treat me. Felt they weren’t forth coming in their areas on expertise and inexperience. Just kept telling me to spend money on tests that gave me the same answers and there response to be was “I’m not willing to treat you”. Do not go to this imaging center. Incompetent."
"They do not answer the phone. I called at 8am for the imaging center and the line was busy every time I tried calling like someone took the phone off the hook. If you guys had specific holiday hours it should be stated on the phone tree and NOT BUSY. Very unprofessional."
"Had several mammograms, MRI & ultra sound along with a needle biopsy. Staff is awesome. Friendly & knowledgeable. Gina is my go to girl & her professionalism is top notch. She explained all my results clearly & with empathy."
"Just called to reschedule a CT scan. A very sweet caring girl, named Courtney was very understanding and supportive and answered my questions. I was very apprehensive, but she made me feel totally comfortable. She answered my questions and was very thankful and appreciative."
