"Had the works with oil change, tire rotation, and battery check, fluids top off, belts and hoses checked, brakes checked and on top of that body control module changed and had to put a new horn cause bcm damage my horn over 1, dollars later truck seems to be running good so far but it’s only been a couple of days. Service manager Jonna was awesome and service manager Ahmed. Just s little disappointed yo find out my tires were never rotated don’t think my brakes were checked either but I mentioned it to Ahmed and he told me next oil change and tire rotation was on them. It’s very busy their but they are much better than Dana ford. Dana ford in Staten Island has to be the worst ford dealership in the world."
"Chad was the technician working on my car and he did a great job. Car came in pulling to the left and right. After My service was complete car was perfect. 5 stars!"
"I left my car on Thursday at this facility, I have FORD ESCAPE! I expected FORD TO HAVE EXPERT TECHNICIANS who work on FORD models. No one seems to have any idea what’s wrong with my car and they refuse to call my extended warranty to replace the parts on the car. Jonas who is my contact person informed of they only thing they have done is replaced my fuse with a even bigger fuse, BUT EVENTUALLY the car will stop working on me. I’m soo confused as to what is being done to my car. I’m also aware of the discriminatory acts MEN do to WOMEN when it comes to fixing cars! This my third car and this is the first time I’ve came to a mechanic and they’ve done absolutely nothing to help fix my situation! I’ve been in contact with Jonas and they have no problem releasing my car to me that is still broken. Even after noticing the car seat in the back which indicates I use the vehicle for me and my child!"
"Quick and pleasant experience with premier Ford I did not schedule a appointment and drove in. It was busy but the service advisor and staff took care of me. Wait time for the oil change was reasonable and the waiting room was clean and chairs were comfy."
"The location in Brooklyn, NY is trash. Starting from the manager Frank down to most of his agents there are very unprofessional and careless. However, the Ford in FL, Miami-Kendall, Mr Lorenzo Long is superb. He took his time to inform me what was wrong with the headlights of the car. He also went above & beyond making sure I had a Lyft service to-from home. He deserves to be acknowledged👍🏾. I made up my mind not continuing service/business with Ford, but after with Mr. Lorenzo Long at the Mia-Kendall location, he kind of change my attitude. Anyways, I thank y’all for everything especially Mr. Lorenzo. Keep it up!!!"
