Absolutely awesome service here. Every time I walk in, the staff is so helpful! The amazing trio, Noah, Danny and Dylan!!! They’ve all helped me over the years and most recently Dylan totally upgraded my guitars with awesome setups! I never realized what a huge difference an awesome setup makes! My $300 guitar now plays like a $1500 guitar! Thank you Dylan! All my guitars are getting setup by you and Portland Music Company from now on! Customer for life!!!

Walk in holding guitar with dead fret. Hi Dylan, what can I do about this? Dylan then spends the next 30 minutes answering every dumb question I have about frets, while filing down fret in question. Gets done and guitar sounds perfect again. Ask how much I owe him. He hands me card and says, "could you write us a google review?" Darn right I can. I can't say enough good things about this store. They let my son and I play with everything in there. Will demo anything we ask. Are incredibly generous with their time (even when I tell them I'm just browsing), while also will giving me space to try things out. Great store and so lucky to have it in the neighborhood.

Awesome service. I brought in a hopeless goodwill guitar and he helped make it somewhat playable. It will work until i can save up for a new one. Definitely going here to get that new guitar.

Outstanding quick service! I brought in my guitar and asked if I could have someone fix it. Dylan got hold of it and started working on it immediately. I've never seen anyone fix a wiring issue and replacing rotary knob that fast. I'll be coming back for sure~

Beaverton Portland Music company is the instrument store me and my partner prefer to deal with. We are always very pleased with the service all of the associates there provide and the other day Dylan really hoked me up! I went in there with a particular need for my Bass guitar and even though they were extremely short handed and were advised not to take on any repairs that day, Dylan took the time out to make the adjustments I needed and ensure that I was ready to jam when I walked out the door. He also taught me how to restring my bass like a pro!
