OMGGGGGG!! Tiara was AWESOME! Our company's order printed out as one large order instead of individual orders. But Tiara noted the issue, and with patience and GREATTTTTTT customer service worked things out from MY copy of our order! Thanks for saving the lunch day for my guys! Much appreciated, Ms. Tiara! You order two piece White meat (breast and wing) at drive thru and you when you open sack it's a thigh and leg. Unless chicken has changed that dark meat

Witnessed the male employee today at 650pm drop chicken on the floor and use the tongs he serves the food with to pick them up and store them under the counter. He then proceeded to serve people in the drive thru with the same tongs he picked up the food off the floor with. Also why do they keep the chicken in the container and not throw it away? Just nasty

By far the most respectful employees I have encountered at a Popeyes. The manager was respectful to customers and her employeers. I could tell the chemistry there is great between coworkers. If I lived close I would come here quite often.

I ordered chicken, red beans and rice, Cajun fries, biscuits, a large sweet tea and a coke. I sat the bag on the passenger seat and it never moved. When I got home and opened the bag, the beans and rice had spilled all over the bottom of the bag. I was so upset because the bottom of the chicken box was soaked all because the lid on the beans wasn't properly placed on the container. I spent $27.33 on this dinner that was ruined. So I opened a can on Boston Baked Beans since the red bed beans and rice had wasted everywhere. My visit at Popeyes was so dissatisfied and disappointing. Plus I waited in the drive thru along time. This kitchen may need a new manager. I give this restaurant one star.
