"UPDATE: The manager and staff were swift to reach out to me and amend the issue, and I am forever grateful and loyal to them for their efforts. Don’t get me wrong, this is a very helpful spot in Houston. They offer a wider variety of Funko’s you can’t find really anywhere, and it’s convenient. My complaint isn’t with the price, but how Martin handled a potential transaction. A Batman pop was listed at the store for $, keep in mind IN THE POP GUN STORE. Unknown to BOTH Martin and I, the pop on ppg is shot up to $ out of no where. Martin then takes the pop away from my possession without any further justification. A part of me tried to understand what was happening, but it was clouded when he did not ask if I wanted it, nor did he try to offer it to me. A store error is not the customers fault, and he made it seem like it was my fault. This will not ruin my business with them, but I will be hesitant the next time I am there."
