"First time and we loved it!! Amazing customer service, our food was delicious and came out quickly. The chicken was very well done, juicy and tasted great! We got the green plantains which are my favorite, the salchipapas and the fries and all were tasty. Will definitely be coming back. The restaurant is very clean, well decorated. Highly recommend."
"My family used to frequent this restaurant a lot. Their restaurant menu is to % higher than if you order on DoorDash directly. I called and ordered over the phone thinking it would benefit them and me. After finding out price was higher I asked them to respect the lower price. Cashier caused a big scene, told me she couldnt do anything to fix it and said I was being complicated over just a few dollars. After minutes of arguing and her refusing to respect the lower price which hadnt even been charged to my card yet, she asked me to place the order on DoorDash and told me what a big deal it was to do this for me. Great food, but bad customer service. Especially with long term returning customers. Never coming back."
"I have been here many times and really enjoyed the food. I hadn't been in several months and decided to go on a Sunday around 1: with family. After sitting down in a nearly empty restaurant with only one table of 3 dining in, we got no menu and no attention from the workers. Finally after about minutes, we just left."
"The staff is friendly and helpful. The two dishes I had were amazing!!! If they bottled the sauce for the shrimp I would buy a gallon of it! Bravo!"
"Awful! I really don't like posting negative reviews, but....hubs & I ordered 1/2 chicken, spicy fries and avocado salad. Chicken was beyond dry, we're talking dehydrated. We had to consume vast amounts of liquid to wash it down. Spicy fries were spicy, but how hard could you mess up store bought, frozen, crinkle cut fries?? Avocado salad? Are you kidding me?? Iceberg lettuce, a couple slices of carrots, below average tomato slices and not 1, not 2, but 3 paper thin slices of avocado balanced for aesthetic purposes on top. Oh, don't forget the flan! Now I know my limits, flan can be tricky and is not something I've ever attempted to make, this was something between the texture of curdled custard and chunky pumpkin pie (is that possible) without the crust. I am not sure how this place gets good reviews, they desperately need help. Would make for a great episode on Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares."
