"This Polestar group never disappoints. This organization and the new studio is run by professional physical therapists. The new space is bright and spacious with tons of natural light and all the best equipment available to balance your body and achieve the optimal length / strength relationships in your musculoskeletal system. The Polestar method of Pilates is a shining example of how creative physical therapists can take their medical knowledge, and enhance one of the best exercise methods available for healing from injury, surgery, or general postural imbalances. Because of their skill sets, and the thought that has gone into developing the Polestar Pilates methods, there is a night and day difference between signing up for general fitness club Pilates classes, and signing up for a Polestar class, private, or therapy session. I did survey other local studios that were closer to me before signing up at Polestar again, but can see that the others are missing the mark in terms of space, natural light, layout, and equipment, and of course they don't have the benefit of the Polestar Pilates methods and teacher skillsets. Happy to be back, and love the new facility."
