"It took 4 hours over 2 days with 4 different people just to try to open a business account. They were unable to accomplish this. They kept inputting my information incorrectly. Even with my incorrect information, they wanted me to sign my paperwork and make a deposit to finalize everything. The manager was very condescending and could not correct the issues that the other employees made. In addition, another clerk kept trying to pull away the clerk that was working with me even though I had an appointment. He was asking her to leave right in front of me multiple times. This was very unprofessional and rude. I will never do any personal or professional banking with a PNC Bank in the future. It also didn't help that I had to pay for parking to come here for two days just to get absolutely nothing done. Parking validation was not offered."
